Refund Policy

  • We accept refund or replacement requests only for damaged, defective, or wrong products received.

  • Customers must inform us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos/video proof.

  • Once verified, we will issue a refund or send a replacement, as applicable.

  • Refunds cannot be processed for products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.

  • No refunds will be issued for delays caused by courier partners, as such delays are beyond our control.
